These terms and conditions apply both to the main page of tudominio.com and to any others that may have been created by pilarmontojo.com and that expressly and unequivocally indicate that they form an integral part of this website.

Any person who browses the website, accessing any of its pages or sections, shall be understood as a user; mere access to and/or use of this website is sufficient, and from such access and/or use the user accepts the terms and conditions set out herein.
If the user wishes to contract any of the services offered on the website, the contracting policies shall also apply and will be mandatory.

Products for sale: Online Courses
These conditions shall apply to all clients and users who purchase a place in any of the courses to be delivered online, thereby acquiring the status of participant. It is further understood that these policies are complementary to the general terms and conditions that apply within the websites www.pilarmontojo.com.
Returns
Once the purchase has been made, there is no right of withdrawal, that is, no refunds will be made, in accordance with Article 103(m) of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, as it is a digital product without a tangible medium.
At the time of purchase, the participant ticks the box in which they declare that they agree to the terms and conditions.
Intellectual property
All content is protected by copyright and its distribution, modification, sale or rental is not authorized. All content is registered with SafeCreative® as proof of the date of its creation and has been registered from the moment it was a simple draft, including its modifications, and future modifications are also expected to be registered. The intellectual property policies of the website also apply.
System requirements
In order to properly enjoy the course, the participant will need:
A computer with a colour screen
Internet connection
The ability to view files with the extension .pdf, .jpg
The ability to watch videos (if you can access YouTube or Vimeo, you will be able to watch the course videos without any problems)
A mouse, a keyboard, that is, all the components that a computer needs to be used
You can also view the course on a mobile device, although for convenience, a computer is recommended.
Personalized consulting
The courses do not include personalized consulting (unless expressly stated), for which the user may choose any of the personalized services offered on the website; these will be quoted and carried out separately.
The participant has access to a support service through which some guidance may be provided, without this replacing specific case-by-case consulting.
Payments
Payments will always be made through the PayPal or Stripe platform, which will be the sole recipient of the data related to the client’s credit card, to which neither Pilar Montojo nor any member of the team has access; therefore, in the event of any issue, the claim must be made directly to the payment platform.
In those cases where it is expressly indicated, the client may pay by bank transfer. Under no circumstances will pilarmontojo.com be responsible for any error in the transfer or for any problems the client may have with the bank.
The quotation provided will specify the period during which the prices will remain valid. Once this period has elapsed, prices may be modified freely.
If there is any promotion or discount, it will apply only to those services that have not yet been contracted. If the client has already contracted a service, the promotion or discount cannot be applied retroactively.
Taxes
All taxes that must by law be included will be shown in the quotation, on the invoice and, where applicable, in the step prior to payment on the website or on other affiliated sites used to sell the service.
Delivery time
The contracted service will begin once the client has sent the requested information; therefore, any delay in providing the elements requested for the provision of the service will delay the final delivery of the service within the indicated time frame.
Once the service has been completed, the amounts paid will be reviewed in order to verify that nothing is owed for the services provided or for any additional hours that may have been incurred. If any amount remains outstanding, the client will be notified so that they can proceed with payment, otherwise they will be considered in default.
Cancellation of services
The client may cancel the service at any time; however, no money will be refunded. If payments have been made in instalments, the amounts already paid will not be refunded either. For the service to be effectively cancelled, the client must send an email to montojopilar@gmail.com.
Reservation of contracting
There will always be the possibility of refusing to provide any of the services offered, either due to lack of availability or for any other reason, without having to justify such refusal at any time.
Liability for contracted services
At all times, actions will be taken in good faith and under the client’s instructions; therefore, if any material provided by the client infringes third-party intellectual or industrial property rights, legal responsibility will lie with the person who contracts the service, not with your name.
